WHAT IS KINSTRETCH?

A movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and usable ranges of motion

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Kinstretch is a 75 minute class that will explore joint range of motion and available strength at the end ranges of that motion. The class begins by warming up each joint using CARs and then moving into more joint specific work. Each class will follow a similar format but the focus of each class will be different.

ARE CLASSES IN PERSON? DO I NEED SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?

At this time, classes will be held online using Zoom. Once you have signed up, a zoom link will be emailed to you. Please do not hesitate to reach out if the current class times do not work for you. I will be adding classes in the future and appreciate any input regarding times or days.
There is no special equipment necessary. I will reach out before a class to let you know if there are things that would be helpful for the work we will be doing. These would be items that you have around the house like a chair or a towel to help with positioning.

IS KINSTRETCH APPROPRIATE FOR ME?

Yes!! Every position can be modified to meet your body where you are today. The goal is not to look like your instructor or anyone else in the class, it is to learn about your body and find the best position and connection for you. If this is your first class, I ask for you to connect 15 minutes before class so I can introduce concepts that will help your first class go more smoothly
