DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I have opted out of taking insurance. I feel individualized care has been lost due to insurance dictating care rather than the provider. I prefer to work as a team, provider/patient, in determining the best plan of care for you.
Cash or check are accepted at time of service. Receipts can be provided for submission to insurance by the individual.
