I have opted out of taking insurance. I feel individualized care has been lost due to insurance dictating care rather than the provider. I prefer to work as a team, provider/patient, in determining the best plan of care for you.
Cash, check, venmo or credit card (with a 3% convenience fee) are accepted at time of service. Receipts can be provided for submission to insurance by the individual. |
PRICE PER SESSIONInitial Evaluations are 55 minutes long.
Fee for evaluation is $185(tax included) Follow up sessions are 55 minutes $165(tax included). Comprehensive Lower Extremity/Foot Evaluation includes an initial 90 minute evaluation with a 55 minute follow up $413.00(tax included) |
